1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Kakshlink Production ("Production", "we", "us"), a brand of Kakshlink Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Kakshlink Production provides channel strategy, scripting, filming, editing and publishing services for YouTube, Reels and Shorts content. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are outlined in an individual project proposal or agreement.

3. Project Agreements & Booking

Each project is governed by a separate proposal or agreement specifying the scope of work, shoot dates and deliverables, timeline and milestones, pricing and payment schedule, and the revision/feedback process. Submissions through our Contact form are project inquiries, not confirmed bookings.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• An advance payment is typically required before a shoot or project commences
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

5. Raw Footage & Deliverable Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final edited deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Raw, unedited footage may be retained by Kakshlink Production for a limited period after project completion and is not included in the deliverables unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

Each project agreement specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions beyond that scope may be billed separately.

7. Portfolio & Usage Rights

We may showcase completed projects — including clips, thumbnails and behind-the-scenes material — in our portfolio, showreel and social media for promotional purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and timely content, feedback and approvals
• Ensuring they have the right to use any materials, footage or brand assets they provide
• Being available for scheduled shoots and review sessions
• Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed shoot or project is subject to the notice period and any applicable fees specified in the project agreement.

10. Warranties & Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality content but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as view counts, engagement or platform performance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or business information, unpublished content and footage shared during a project engagement, except as permitted under Section 7 (Portfolio & Usage Rights). This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

13. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reproduce or copy any content without permission, or transmit malicious code or interfere with website functionality.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
