1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Kakshlink Pvt. Ltd. ("Kakshlink", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Kakshlink provides software development, web development, e-commerce solutions, WordPress development, SEO services, and business management software solutions. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate project proposal or agreement that specifies:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Project timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment schedule
  • Revision and feedback process

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
  • An advance payment may be required before work commences
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom-developed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Kakshlink retains the right to use pre-existing code libraries, frameworks, and tools. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely content, feedback, and approvals
  • Ensuring they have the right to use any materials they provide
  • Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule
  • Maintaining backups of their own data

7. Warranties & Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality work but do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide a reasonable bug-fix period after project delivery as specified in the project agreement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without permission
  • Transmit any malicious code or interfere with website functionality

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
